A Testimony received by Roger and Laureen!

Kelley and I attended your marriage retreat in Woodland Park some time ago. It was special for both of us. Your candor, vulnerability and faith were inspirational. We continued to work on our marriage throughout our time together.... Kelley went home to be with Jesus at the end of July,2014. ....I can not imagine a better, more perfect companion for the 29 years we were together. Marriage surely saved me from myself. Marriage caused me to grow in so many ways. Marriage forced me to become a man. Marriage to Kelley made my life joyous and although it is a cliche', complete. Marriage is THE MOST important thing I have ever done. Marriage required more work than anything I have ever done. Marriage provided me with the highest of highs and sometimes the lowest of lows, and it was worth it. Marriage to Kelly was also the easiest, most natural and most comfortable thing I have ever done. It was "right". Please pass my encouragement to everyone you work with to; invest, commit, dedicate, and decide that they will do whatever is necessary to have a strong marriage. Please implore them to humble themselves, put their partner first, to forgive, to forget and to love as unconditionally as they possibly can. Remind them to marvel at the wonder that God created and be thankful that He has chosen to share that creation, His son or daughter with them. It is an honor that He bestowed upon them. .... Share this with your team. Together, you make a difference in people's lives . God bless you and your ministry!

Following is a letter received by Roger from someone that was helped by the ministry of MTM.
Roger, Thank you for contacting me regarding the email I sent to you. When I sent that email, I was at a very low point to say the least. Since then, God has been moving dramatically and things have improved. I decided to be honest with God and my wife. As a result of that decision, God met me in the darkness and brought me back into the light. When I see you again, I will tell you some amazing stories of how God showed his love to me. I just got back from a three day mountain retreat that included prayer and deliverance. I am happy to tell you my beautiful wife has returned home and our marriage is stronger than ever. We are implementing your suggestions in our marriage and this time I am being honest with my wife. That commitment has made all of the difference. Before, I was afraid I would be hurting her if I told her the truth about my struggles with lust and to be honest I did not know if I could ever get rid of my lustful thoughts. I know now the thoughts may come and go but I can deal with them if I am honest and I cleave to my wife. Thank you for your ministry. I look forward to seeing you again.
